Privacy Policy

TheStacker is operated by Common Sense Infrastructure Limited. We have designed TheStacker to collect as little data as possible.

What we collect

When you get a pass we receive your device location. We immediately round this to the nearest 5km grid square and store only that approximate area - never your precise coordinates. We also store an anonymous pass serial number and, if you tap through to a merchant, we log which brand you tapped and when.

What we don't collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal details. We have no way to identify who you are from the data we hold.

How we use it

Your approximate location is used solely to find nearby merchants and personalise your pass. Click data helps us understand which merchants are most useful to our users.

Third party websites

When you tap through to Complete Savings, One4all, or other merchant websites, those sites may ask for personal data to fulfil their discounts or offers. That data is collected by them under their own privacy policies and is not shared with TheStacker.

Data retention

We retain pass and location data for as long as your pass is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@thestacker.co.uk.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at privacy@thestacker.co.uk.

Cookies

TheStacker does not use cookies or tracking technologies on its own pages.
